About Kevin Giannini
I've always had an interest in photography since I was a pre-teen, probably because my father always had what looked to me like an expensive camera. Thank you Nikolyn and Hany! Nikolyn these concrete cylinders have been placed here along with rocks in order to control the damage to this historic site from the ocean and tides. I'm not sure of their official name though. Fort Fisher is an historic site from the Civil War.

A super image with a super exposure. The composition is wonderful with some great leading visual lines. Beautiful colours as well.

I'm fascinated by the pilings. Are they part of a breakwater or something or what's left of an old fort? I see Fort Fisher in your key words. Their repeating receding shapes take me right into the image and their regularity contrasts very nicely with the stones.
